Saima Saud brings over 11 years of expertise in project management and social impact. She has led significant initiatives such as the SAKSHAM and SWAWALAMBAN projects for Creation Welfare Society, funded by Plan International and Deloitte. These projects provided employable skills to underprivileged youth in Delhi.At EFRAH, she managed SHG projects funded by HCL, enhancing market linkages and production capabilities.
At Dr. A V Baliga Memorial Trust, she coordinated the Build Back Better project for COVID-19 resilience across four states, organizing health camps and career counseling.
Saima’s leadership and organizational skills drive successful community empowerment and employability programs.
