Rajiv has work experience of 24 years in social development sector, of which he has worked for over 15 years on Human Rights issues. Apart from Child Rights programs, he has managed finance & admin and IT related assignment at senior level in the social development initiatives. He has managed programs at grassroots; State and National level with NGOs, Government, International & National Donor and UN Agencies. His core area of specialization is Education, Child Rights and Gender with specific focus on Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), Education, Protection, Participation and Livelihood related issues He has been engaged in strategic planning, policy development, project management, capacity building, research, monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment at various tiers.
