Radhika(name changed), a final-year B.Com. student at M.M. Degree College, resides in Kadrabad, Modinagar. She aspired to become an accountant but was unsure about her job prospects. She
lacked essential skills and knowledge in software such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and was not very comfortable using computers. Despite these challenges, she was eager to find opportunities to upskill herself.
